Your data

Your Search Console data stays yours.

SaaSFound reads your Search Console to tell you what to fix. Here is exactly what it can see, what it can't do, where your data goes and how to delete it.

What SaaSFound asks Google for

webmasters.readonly
Read-only access to your Search Console data
openid, email
Your email address, to sign you in

Nothing else. SaaSFound never asks for permission to change anything.

SaaSFound can

  • See the list of sites your Google account has in Search Console
  • Read search performance for the sites you add: searches, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position, by date, country and device
  • Read page indexing results from Google's URL Inspection, and your submitted sitemaps

SaaSFound cannot, and does not

  • Change your website
  • Change your Search Console settings, users or sitemaps
  • Sell or share your data, or use it for advertising
  • Use your data to train AI or machine learning models

Where your data goes

Your Search Console data is stored and processed only by our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase), to run the app.

It is never sent to AI providers, analytics, error monitoring, email or keyword data providers. The emails SaaSFound sends show totals and counts, never your page addresses or searches.

Nobody at SaaSFound reads your data unless you ask us to for support, or it is needed for security or to comply with the law.

How it's protected

Everything travels over encrypted connections.

The Google token that keeps your data up to date is encrypted with AES-GCM before it is stored, and access to our database is restricted.

Deleting your data

Your Search Console data and tokens are kept while your Google account is connected. Disconnect, in Settings, deletes the tokens and all data imported through that account.

Delete account, also in Settings, deletes your account and everything in it: sites, imported data, settings, email preferences and your plan.

You can also remove SaaSFound's access from your Google account at any time, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What SaaSFound reads from your website

Once a day SaaSFound loads up to 10 of your most important pages and your robots.txt, the way a visitor or a search engine would, to check Google can still find them. It keeps only what the check needs: each page's status, title, canonical address and size, not its content.

To understand what your product does, an AI model from OpenAI reads the public text of your site's own pages (titles, headings, descriptions and short paragraphs, with web and email addresses removed). It never receives your Search Console data.

Payments

Dodo Payments processes payments as the merchant of record and handles tax. SaaSFound never sees or stores your card details.

Why your numbers are 2-3 days old

Google's Search Console data arrives 2 to 3 days late, and its dates follow Pacific Time. That's how Search Console works for everyone. SaaSFound's own daily page checks are not delayed.

The rules SaaSFound follows

SaaSFound's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
