Terms of service

These terms apply when you use SaaSFound, operated by Jaya Srinivasan, India. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use SaaSFound for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
SaaSFound reads data from your Google Search Console (and, if you connect them, Google Analytics 4 or your own PostHog project) and the public pages of your website, and shows which pages to fix, which pages to build and what to do next. We keep improving it, so features may change.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only connect sites and Google accounts you are allowed to use.
Free trial and subscription
- SaaSFound is a paid service. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the plan's price, then again each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes. Its terms also apply to the payment.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved, access is paused until it is. Your data is kept for you.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan.
Fair use
Do not misuse SaaSFound: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's accounts or data, or to resell it without our written permission.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide SaaSFound, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect a Google account or delete your account at any time in Settings.
No guarantees about rankings
Search results depend on Google and many things outside our control. SaaSFound gives guidance based on your data and on estimates (for example, search volumes from DataForSEO), and does not promise any ranking, traffic or revenue. Google data can be delayed by a few days.
Availability
We work to keep SaaSFound running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when Google or another provider has a problem.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SaaSFound is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using SaaSFound and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
