Why do you need a card for the trial?
A card is needed to start the 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged during it. You're charged $29 (plus tax where it applies) when it ends, unless you cancel before then in Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, at any time. If you cancel during the trial you aren't charged, and you keep access until the trial ends. After that, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Who handles the payment and the tax?
Dodo Payments processes the payment as the merchant of record and adds tax where it applies. SaaSFound never sees or stores your card details.
Do you refund part of a month?
No, partial months aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Access pauses until the payment is sorted out. Your data is kept for you in the meantime.
How many sites can I connect?
Up to 3 on the Founder plan, with every feature on each site.
Is every feature included?
Yes. There is one plan, and every feature is on it: Fix this first, tests, daily key page checks and alerts, fading pages, missing pages, near page one and the rest.
